FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $50 within the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.99
International Shipping
- Canada: Standard shipping (7-14 business days) — Free on orders over $75, otherwise $9.99
- United Kingdom: Standard shipping (7-14 business days) — Free on orders over $75, otherwise $9.99
- Other countries: We currently do not ship outside the US, UK, and Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@calmiora.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
