Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partner.

Shipping Cost

All orders ship free of charge to the US, UK, and Canada — no minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery Time

- United States: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 10–14 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 10–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates from our carrier partners. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@getcalmiora.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Canada may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Calmiora has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee may apply.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, please:
1. Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom (if applicable)
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. Email us at support@getcalmiora.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can help investigate

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@getcalmiora.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the device. See our Refund Policy for replacement and refund options.
