Calmiora currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. There is no minimum order value.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 5-10 business days after shipment
- United Kingdom: 3-7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 5-10 business days after shipment
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship outside the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@getcalmiora.com. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
