At Calmiora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why every device comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your Calmiora device for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The 30-day window starts on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@getcalmiora.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition, with all included accessories (charging cable, strap, packaging if available).
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- For standard returns (change of mind, doesn't suit you), the buyer covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked shipping method so the package can be traced.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Calmiora covers the return shipping cost. Please include photos of the issue in your initial email so we can arrange a prepaid label or replacement.
Exchanges
Want to swap a color or model? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange subject to product availability. If the new model is priced differently, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization (please email us first)
- Items showing significant damage beyond normal inspection (e.g. heavy use, exposure to liquid, missing parts)
International Returns
Customers in the United Kingdom and Canada follow the same 30-day window. Please email support@getcalmiora.com before shipping so we can confirm the correct return address.
Refunds for Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve.
